About

Scott is a serial Entrepreneur.  He has been successful business owner for 21 years and truly understands challenges that face entrepreneurs every day.  Scott's high energy, approachable demeanor and boundless enthusiasm are contagious.  He is passionate about people and interested in others success in life.

Scott serves clients all over the world from his office in Salem, Oregon.   He lives with his wife Ingrid, chocolate lab Dante, and wild cat Kimmy.  He is an active student of life. He loves the outdoors and is an experienced mountaineer, backpacker, tracker, and wilderness survival student.  He and Ingrid love traveling, different cultures, great food, wine, beer, movies, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Scott is an Adjunct Faculty Member for Chemeketa Community College, Center for Business and Industry, Small Business Development Center.  He works as a business advisor, and teaches a variety of business classes for entrepreneurs.

In January 2009, after five years of planning, he launched Sadler Business Coaching. His business model blends what Scott values most: love of people, love of business and finding the daily joy in life through balance. Having owned and operated many businesses, as well as consulting with small, medium and large firms, Scott offers a unique perspective to his coaching clients since he understands the highs and lows of business ownership.  His focus is on the person behind the business and being a co-creative success partner toward balance between business and life for the entrepreneur.  He also co-writes the monthly column “Ask the Coach” for the Salem Business Journal which answers readers’ questions about balancing business and life.

Scott adheres to the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. For more information, click here: IFCE Code of Ethics.
